The Person Behind The Vision

Every great studio begins with a dream.

For Evans Muwanguzi, that dream started with imagination, creativity, and a love for stories that could inspire people.

Growing up in Kampala, Uganda, Evans developed a passion for animation, visual effects, movies, art, and technology. The worlds created through cinema and animation showed him that stories could do more than entertain — they could teach lessons, create emotions, preserve ideas, and connect people across different backgrounds.

This inspired a bigger question:

What if African creators could build stories and experiences that reach the world?

That question became the beginning of Sky Stone Studios.

The Creative Journey

The journey began through a passion for creating and exploring the possibilities of technology.

An introduction to Blender 3D through a friend opened a new creative path, allowing imagination to move from ideas in the mind into digital worlds.

Through learning, experimenting, and creating, Evans developed skills across:
